How We Calculate Shipping …

To keep things simple, we charge a flat rate of $5.00 when shipping to the US, $8.00 to Canada and Mexico, and $10.00 to all other locations.  We are experimenting with flat-rate shipping to see if it simplifies our process.

Please note that for Wisconsin & Illinois residents, shipping is taxable.

Returns Policy

We really want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may return products in original, unused condition within 10 days for a full refund. Quilt Kits have a 10% restocking fee.  Custom cut fabric cannot be refunded unless the error is ours.

Shipping costs are only refunded if the return is the result of our own error. Please ship returns to:
